Your details, handled properly.

What we collect

When you make an enquiry through our website, a form on Facebook or Instagram, a phone call, or a text, we collect what you give us: typically your name, phone number, suburb, and a description of the job. If you become a customer, we also keep records of the work we do for you.

What we use it for

To respond to your enquiry, quote your job, do the work, and follow up about it. If you have enquired and we have not been able to reach you, we may send a small number of follow-up messages about that enquiry. If you enquire about a promotion, we will contact you about that promotion.

Where it lives

Your details are stored securely in our customer management system. Enquiries from our website and our social media ads flow into the same system so nothing gets lost and you do not have to repeat yourself.

What we never do

We do not sell your details, rent them, or share them with anyone outside the tools we use to run the business. Ever.

Advertising and cookies

Our website may use standard advertising measurement tools (such as the Meta pixel) so we can tell whether our ads are working. These tools use cookies and collect standard technical data. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.

Your choices

Want your details corrected or deleted, or want us to stop contacting you? One message does it. Text or call 0480 627 029 or email admin@fnqairsolutions.com and we will sort it out.
